OUR PROCESS
1. Preconstruction
Once the design is complete, the preconstruction phase begins. This stage focuses on project planning, team alignment, communication protocols, and health and safety preparation to ensure a smooth construction process.Â

Working closely with the design and professional teams, we provide technical input, coordinate services, and develop a detailed programme to keep the project on track from day one
2. Procurement
During procurement, we source and coordinate all materials, labour, and equipment while finalising subcontractor agreements.

Through our trusted supplier network, we streamline procurement, identify long lead items early, and proactively manage risks to keep the project on time and within budget
3. Construction
During construction, our team manages site operations, resources, programme, and quality to bring the design to reality.

Our site supervisors, contractors, and consultants work together to manage site operations. Health and safety consultants are also involved throughout to ensure compliance and a safe work environment. Through clear communication and coordination, we keep the project efficient, aligned, and on schedule
4. Closeout
The closeout phase is the final step before the space is ready for occupancy. This stage ensures all contractual requirements have been completed, final inspections are carried out, and all snag items or defects are resolved.

We also coordinate the handover of compliance certificates, warranties, drawings, and all relevant project documentation, ensuring a smooth and successful handover process
